Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.  We only exchange or refund items if they are defective, and will process your request upon receipt of your returned item. If you need to arrange an exchange or refund due to a defective item, please send us an email at ‘info@adorngifts.com.au‘. You must notify us of a defective item within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you have chosen an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched to you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
